It's a celebration so come as your like.
No pressure to be fancy, just smart and looking good. One thing though, since it's a happy day go for colour, while a little bit of black is OK, no all in black please.C'est une fête alors venez comme vous êtes.
Pas de pression pour être chic, juste élégant et beau. Une chose cependant, puisque c'est un jour heureux pour la couleur, alors qu'un peu de noir est OK, pas tout en noir s'il vous plaît.

Yes we are absolutely expecting you to bring the kids if you'd like. It's a family affair and there will be plenty around. We'd also rather they didn't go hungry so there will be a kids option during the meal, but feel free to bring anything you need.Oui, nous nous attendons absolument à ce que vous apportiez les enfants si vous le souhaitez. Pembroke Lodge is open to the public so there are some important things to consider

Our advice is not to drive, get a taxi/uber instead.
If you have to drive please leave extra time to get parked – perhaps an hour before the ceremony as the car park can get extremely busy and it is open to the general public with several disabled space. If you are intending to drive, please let us know in advance.

Richmond Park closes at Dusk.
Thereafter the only access and exit point will be Richmond Gate on the Star and Garter roundabout where a gateman will be stationed to let you in and out. We advise booking taxis in advance, and absolutely advising them that the only entrance to the Park after dark is via Richmond gate – Cars should drive up to the left hand gate and the gateman will let them in.

If you have a glass of champagne too many, cars can be left over night if they display a parking permit – freely available from Pembroke Lodge on the night.

Pembroke Lodge est ouvert au public donc il y a des choses importantes à considérer

Notre conseil est de ne pas conduire, prendre un taxi / uber à la place. Si vous devez conduire s'il vous plaît laisser plus de temps pour se garer - peut-être une heure avant la cérémonie que le parking peut être très occupé et il est ouvert au grand public avec plusieurs espaces handicapés. Si vous avez l'intention de conduire, s'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir à l'avance.

Richmond Park ferme au crépuscule.
Par la suite, le seul point d'accès et de sortie sera Richmond Gate sur le rond-point Star and Garter oò un gardien sera posté pour vous laisser entrer et sortir. Nous vous conseillons de réserver les taxis à l'avance, et de les prévenir que la seule entrée du parc après la tombée de la nuit est via la porte de Richmond - Les voitures devraient conduire à la porte de gauche et le gateman les laissera entrer.

Si vous avez un verre de champagne en trop, les voitures peuvent ê tre laissées la nuit si elles affichent un permis de stationnement - disponible gratuitement à partir de Pembroke Lodge dans la nuit.

There are a lot of options if you're thinking of staying locally. Kingston and Richmond are at opposite ends of the park and are both busy towns with lots to do.

There are a number of more expensive hotels at the Richmond Gate end of the park however, our recommendation would be to look in Kingston first as the Premier Inn is an excellent choice on a budget, is right in the town centre and only a short cab ride to the venue.

And of course Kingston is closer to us, if you wanted to come say hello.

All we would really like is to enjoy the day with you, so we won't be expecting you to turn up having spent half a months salary on something shiney to brighten up our lives. However, honeymoons are never cheap so if you insist, we have a gift list with Kuoni and a contribution towards getting us there would be very gratefully received.
